Rock Media and Entertainment and Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach is pleased to announce the second showing of The Pink Dress Collection, to be held on Wednesday, October 14th at 9:00 p.m. during Rock Fashion Week in Miami Beach.

The Pink Dress Collection features dresses and eveningwear donated by top designers including Betsey Johnson, Binetti, Luca Luca, Nanette Lepore, Nicole Miller, Pamela Roland, Terexov, Tadashi, as well as emerging talent Abi Ferrin, Ina Solanti, Karen Zambos, Kurru Kurru and many more.

Celebrities and Miami’s notables including retired professional basketball player, Dennis Rodman, CBS 4 anchor, Lissette Gonzalez; NBC 6 – South Florida Today anchor and reporter, Roxanne Vargas; WSVN 7 – Deco Drive reporter, Shireen Sandoval and singer/songwriter, Jamie Jo Harris will grace the runway in support of the cause.

“I am so excited about The Pink Dress Collection show during Rock Fashion Week,” said Bobbi Meyers, executive director with Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. “This collection will help us continue to bolster our overall vision: a world without breast cancer.”

The annual Pink Dress Collection debuts in three cities: New York City, Miami Beach and Los Angeles. The dresses are auctioned off in an online auction at the close of Rock Fashion Week L.A. at Paramount Studios on October 31, 2009, where proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.

Gen Art will open Rock Fashion Week Miami Beach with a cocktail reception from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00p.m. before The Pink Dress Collection show.

Zimmermann impressed the crowds in the Oasis at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim. The relaxed fits and stylish looks of the Zimmermann swimwear collection drew the crowd into a relaxed setting and impressed them with their colors and chic eek simplistic designs. The clothing styles presented were flowing and gorgeous. Zimmermann did no complicate his swim wear, he kept it refined, classic, and cool, which is a killer combination in this day and age in the fashion world. The swim wear collection appeals to all varieties of ages of people, from the young to the old, Zimmermann is fantastic brand which impressed the fashionistas at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim.

Ed Hardy had possibly one of the best and brightest swim wear collections shown off during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim 2009. Before the decadent display of the latest and greatest fashion got off the ground, Christian Audigier had a press preview in the Raleigh Hotel’s Penthouse. What a preview it was getting to see a sneak peak of the always fashionable Ed Hardy Brand! Getting the media pumped up for the show had them wanting more, which they got later on at the show itself Deejayed by Lil Jon. The swim wear shown was nothing less than genius. The only disappointment of the show was the end, everyone wanted to see more of Audigier’s popular and loved designs. The show had several popular runway models including Joanna Krupa, Cindy Taylor, Donna Feldman and Vinci Alonso wearing Miami Beach local Lee Dalhberg’s Leather Rock Bands.
