The Lovely Katie Holmes is making her entrance to the wonderful world of fashion with her own clothing line. While currently working on her new movie, Katie plans on releasing her clothing line later this year at Maxfield stores.Teaming up with her stylist Jeanne Yang, Katie is making a premier line of clothes for Women and Children. Well, I personally look forward to seeing what Katie has to offer the Fashion World.

Custo Barcelona has really shown American designers that they have to step there game up. Custo Barcelona’s designs and styles from the Latin American Country of Brazil were a very nice refreshment to the sometimes monotonous similarity of the American Swim wear designers. The collections presented were very chic and stylish sure to be a big hit in the USA. They were sometimes a complicated pattern but yet at the same time very simplistic and refined. Not only that but the swim wear was very colorful and bright. Not like sickening neon colors, but a beautiful showcase of soothing color. The show seemed to be thoroughly enjoyed by all which is no surprise seeing how Custo brought some of the best and brightest cutting edge designs of the swim wear world to the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim.

Shay Todd, one of the most anticipated designers of the show debuted her line of nautical and classy swimsuits in the Cabana Grande on the shores of Miami. With an incredible sense of the infamous Jackie Onassis and Nantucket, these suits could be seen on some of the most prestigious summer goers and beach bums of the Hamptons. Shay Todd spoke about her line saying, “I wanted it to spur a sensational feeling of Nantucket. I wanted it to feel Jackie O. I was inspired by an age and era that people can still embrace today when spoken of.”

Shay Todd, a Hawaiian native, works with her husband, Shiro Gutzi, on designing swimwear for celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Eva Longoria. Her career is booming with elegance and gracefulness. An extremely sought after artist, Shay Todd is well on her way to conquering the fashion world one bikini at a time.
